SHIPPING POLICY:

All shipments over one pound are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Services). Decals and License plates will be shipped through US Postal Service. No shipments will be made outside the continental US and Canada. DAMAGE CLAIMS must be made within 72 hours of receipt. Purchaser must provide a physical shipping address with Street No., Zip Code, and notification phone number. No P. O. Box Shipments.

ALL ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 7 TO 10 WORKING DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF ORDER, UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUESTED,

FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE.

PAYMENT POLICY:

All PAYMENTS ARE RECEIVED IN ADVANCE.

JEI will except American Express, Master Card, Visa, and Discover Card Credit Cards and Debit Cards. All Credit and Debit cards are processed though QuickBooks Merchant Services/Innovative Merchant Services and VeriSign. Orders are not processed through this site.

RETURN POLICY:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because each engraved piece is custom engraved for you, the customer, there are no returns once the job is completed; unless we make a mistake, then we will replace that item at no charge to you. If you make the mistake, there will be additional charges.

PRIVACY POLICY
